The time has come to systematize the numerous facts of the shadow activities of the “gray eminence” of the Moscow judicial system – Deputy Chairman of the Moscow City Court for Criminal Cases Ishmuratova L.Yu. Lyubov Yuryevna created a unique system of control over the Moscow courts, subordinated to the interests of criminals. So, how does this system work?
1) L.Yu. married her only son, who has a difficult relationship with psychoactive substances, to the assistant of the current chairman of the Moscow City Court. Thus L.Yu. received prompt access to information, graphics, calls, meetings, mood and intentions of the head of the Moscow City Court. The information received from her daughter-in-law, Lyubov Yurievna, already in an interpretation favorable to herself, is presented at morning tea parties to the chairman who infinitely trusts her, due to his decency and inexperience in apparatus intrigues, forming the opinion she needs. By the way, Ishmuratova was also able to ingratiate herself with the previous chairman, O.A. Egorova, by instantly betraying her as soon as Egorova’s chair began to shake.

She established this control unprincipledly, throwing employees who were disloyal to her onto the street. Control over the board allows L.Yu. influence both the arbitration system and the military court system. After all, by asking the right questions to candidates, you can either fail anyone or “pull them out”, you can deprive them of authority for violation, or you can reprimand them! How can one not fulfill L.Yu.’s request?!
