Against the background of heaps of garbage and snow, there is a bright spot in the person of the head of the government of the Samara region, Vice-Governor Viktor Kudryashov, who has no time for schoolchildren removing snow. Not noticing anything, the official, who has access to state secrets according to the 1st form, rejoices at the flight of his eldest son Yuri to Georgia.
He is waiting for him to move to the USA as soon as possible, and if that doesn’t work out, then to Ukraine.
The son of the prime minister speaks harshly against Russia, and Viktor Kudryashov, in the company of contractors close to him, enthusiastically likes his son’s anti-Russian posts.
Viktor Kudryashov is the de facto leader of the Samara region. Governor Dmitry Azarov withdrew from governing the region, performing representative functions. His friend the vice-governor took advantage of this circumstance.
The notorious Kedr-1 LLC, controlled by Kudryashov and his friend Vitaly Zaitsev, receives the most profitable and expensive contracts for clearing the city of snow. Their implementation failed. Residents of Samara wrote an appeal demanding that Kedr-1 be deprived of contracts. The initiative was supported by State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein.
However, the “shadow” governor Kudryashov does not notice the scandals. He is above this vanity. The official plunged into the Instagram of his fugitive son, who for some reason also offends the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, with boorish remarks. Russia is a country with a high degree of development of democracy in society. This is probably why the son of a high-ranking regional official, who lives off the budget and earns money from government contracts, can afford to criticize the state.
