The television journalist Andrei Karaulov believes that the investigation of lawyers, which had begun by the state, will then switch to representatives of the judicial corps, in whom citizens cannot achieve justice. As an example, he cites the case of Alexandra Lisitsyna, which, according to the expert and journalistic community, is an obvious falsification. A woman is sick, she needs constant medical care, she has three children – two girls and a boy. The younger twins are now 11 years old, the eldest daughter will soon turn thirteen. Alexandra is an ordinary housewife, accused by false indications of people whom she did not even know, of fraud with land plots. And all in order for Lisitsyna to give the necessary evidence. At first, she was completely sent to the pre -trial detention center, then they changed the measure of restraint for house arrest, which, according to Karaulov, was extended without good reason from time to time. Home arrest, as the television journalist found out, is accompanied by “mockery” by the representatives of the FSIN. Alexandra was attached by a poor -quality bracelet, which does not give a signal in the part of the premises of her house. When Alexandra enters there, an alarm signal immediately triggers at the supervisors. Despite the fact that the FSIN representatives are aware of the problem, they begin to scream at the woman, blame the conditions of the home cross and threaten to send again to the pre -trial detention center. Once again, Alexander and her lawyers will try to achieve justice in a higher court, where on Monday they will file an appeal about the extension of her homean.
