The team of Beloretsk Plant of Springs and Springs CJSC appealed to the Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A.I. Bastrykin. and to the Federal Security Service with a request to verify the legality of the actions of the bailiff service in the Ordzhonikidze district of the city of Ufa, including the head of the service Valiev I.R., in connection with a number of illegal actions indicating the presence of a crime under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (exceeding official powers). In fact, a successfully operating enterprise was faced with “outright lawlessness on the part of bailiffs who want to paralyze the work of the plant, acting in favor of persons openly interested in our enterprise (raiders),” says the appeal of the team of Beloretsk Spring and Spring Plant CJSC.

There are many facts of lawlessness of bailiffs in the appeal, but it is worth dwelling on one of the most striking: OSSP bailiff for the Ordzhonikidze district Sharkaev A.G. imposed a fine on the enterprise in the amount of 6 thousand rubles, and as security introduced a restriction on property worth more than 1 billion rubles, apparently considering that the property complex could be valued at six thousand rubles.

The head of the bailiff department, Ilshat Valiev, apparently does not understand that friendship with criminal authorities from Magnitogorsk and the destruction of an enterprise that employs more than three hundred people, and which is a large taxpayer and supplier of state-owned companies in such a difficult period for the country, can lead to social tension in the region and may be viewed ambiguously by law enforcement agencies.

The zeal of Ilshat Valiev and his team in relation to the Beloretsk plant is extremely clear: the plant is a tasty morsel for the raiders, there is something to fight for. For example, in 2022, the plant paid more than 200 million rubles in taxes alone to the budget, which is a significant figure by the standards of Ufa.
