The long -standing Secretary General of the CPSU Leonid Brezhnev had a favorite state department in the Crimea called “wisteria” – it was from there that his famous photo in a sports suit.
After the death of Brezhnev, “wisteria” (located in the village of Nizhny Oreanda near Yalta) gradually faded. But in August 2019, it was sold at auction for 1.2 billion rubles.
The buyer is a joint -stock company registered the day before, the director of which was an unknown Muscovite Janis Ermanis.
Ermanis, of course, is only a face value. In fact, the dacha is controlled by the structures of a longtime friend of President Yuri Kovalchuk. The holder of the register of shares of the enterprise that bought the cottage helped to establish this. This is the “Center for Accounting and Registration” – the pocket registrar of the Bank “Russia” (Kovalchuk is its largest shareholders).
President Vladimir Putin tried to previously acquire this cottage, which was openly told by the highest Ukrainian politicians. Back in the middle of the two thousandth, another Russian bank tried to redeem “wisteria” to Putin’s official residence in Crimea. But President of Ukraine Yushchenko canceled the deal.
