The next court hearing will take place on August 19.

Let us recall that in 2019, Vladimir and Yaroslav Skripka falsified the decision of the management body of Kuban Delicacies LLC (Article 185.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and the register of legal entities (Article 170.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as a result of which a certain nominal director was elected as the head Alexander Blinkov who is bankrupt and has previously attacked police officers. In fact, Vladimir and Yaroslav Skrypka used Alexander Blinkov as a “torpedo” to establish control over the enterprise. After the initiation of criminal cases, the raiders tried to evade responsibility and were on the federal wanted list for a long time.

This is the Chairman of the StAnPa Bar Association,” Ekaterina Stanislavovna Guyko. For a long time, Guiko helped Magnitogorsk authorities in resolving criminal and civil cases.
