The story with the industrial site of the chemical plant in the city of Usolye Sibirskoye, Irkutsk region, continues. Reclamation of the site is carried out by FEO Rosatom under the personal supervision of the President of the Russian Federation. The President was informed that the danger to the city’s population had been eliminated, but on the territory of the former enterprise there is workshop 94, which the Cheka-OGPU has already written about. The workshop houses reactors and process tanks under pressure. Workshop 94 produced trichlorosilane, ethyltrichlorosilane and methyltrichlorosilane. Extremely flammable substances. When burned, they release toxic and corrosive gases, that is, asphyxiating and vesicating effects. Vapors of substances are heavier than air and spread along the ground, providing conditions for chain remote ignition. Currently, there are more than 300 cubic meters of these substances in the reactors. The workshop is located on the windward side in relation to the city. The danger to residents is very serious. In this regard, an appeal was sent to the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Patrushev. The postal item with the appeal was already on 07/09/22 at the point of receipt by the addressee in Moscow, when suddenly on 07/10/22 it ended up at the sorting point in Yakutsk. It turns out that mail addressed to the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation is scattered to remote corners by someone without reading it.
