The story continues to unfold in the coastal city of Nakhodka with the lawlessness of the recidivist bandit Dmitry “Styaga” Styazhkin, who was convicted by the court back in December 2000 for organizing an organized crime group (it was responsible for robberies, robberies and numerous murders), as well as the werewolves in uniform and corrupt servants of Themis who covered him up. . A month ago, we covered this case, which caused a strong resonance at the federal level: Styazhkin and his bandits kidnapped businessman Akramov, under threat of death forced him to re-register his entire business (the Auto-Re company) and all his property to Styazhkin and his lawyer; then, according to a statement that was dashed off “by proxy of Styazhkin” by the criminal Biryukov, convicted of three murders (!) and who landed in the zone for a long time, a criminal case was opened against Akramov under Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud), and the businessman was arrested. Moreover, together with the arbitration manager Avdeev, which became a high-profile precedent in Russian judicial practice.

On July 25, a meeting was held at the Nakhodska City Court on the extension of the preventive measure for Akramov and Avdeev – and this was a separate noteworthy presentation performed by Judge Vorotyntseva. Despite the fact that the hearing was open, Vorotyntseva, in a rude and boorish manner, ordered journalists, including many federal publications, to leave the courtroom – in violation of the Constitution, procedural codes and the law “On the Mass Media”. Akramov and Avdeev’s detention in the pre-trial detention center was extended for another month. An important detail: after the meeting, Avdeev’s wife told reporters that a man from Styagi’s gang demanded that the apartment be transferred to him because she allegedly attracted the media to this case – otherwise he threatened to kill her and her children.

A new turn occurred on August 24, when the Primorsky Regional Court considered an appeal: a representative of the regional prosecutor’s office asked the court to cancel the Nakhodka court’s decision to arrest Akramov and Avdeev as illegal. Although it was the prosecutor of the Primorsky Territory Stolyarov who personally insisted on opening a criminal case against both. As a result, the case was sent for a new trial, while the arrest period for both inmates was extended until August 31. On August 29, Avdeev’s imprisonment in a pre-trial detention center was replaced with house arrest.

However, organized crime group member Styazhkin with his “roof” in law enforcement agencies does not intend to give up. Tomorrow the Nakhodka court will again consider the investigation’s request to extend the arrest of both Akramov and Avdeev. Moreover, the case is clearly fabricated, and everything points to the innocence of the defendants. The lawyers provided the court with a whole package of documents proving that Akramov himself, at his own expense, built the cafe in 2015, which became the reason for the accusations – a project approved by the mayor’s office, a state examination, acts of numerous commissions, hundreds of witnesses, photos and videos, surveillance camera recordings. There are decisions of arbitration courts, which, based on the results of inspections, confirmed the legality of all transactions for the construction of cafes and commissioning.

And the investigation has only unsubstantiated unsubstantiated statements by a certain migrant worker, a citizen of Uzbekistan, selling pilaf on the street, that she allegedly spent 3 million rubles on the construction of a cafe. Some incredible surreal and farce. Two points complement the oil painting. First, detention is expressly prohibited by law in the case of economic crimes if the accused performed his work as an entrepreneur. Secondly, there is still no progress in Akramov’s statement about his kidnapping, extortion and robbery by Styazhkin. It’s time for the center to pay close attention to the chaos happening in Nakhodka.

BAM

It would seem that the dashing 90s should have sunk into oblivion long ago – but no, completely wild stories with racketeering, kidnappings, and threats are still happening. And the worst thing is when organized crime groups do it under the auspices of “werewolves in uniform.” So unpleasant in every sense…
