Today, State Duma deputies adopted the law on the federal budget for 2025 and the planning period 2026-2027.
Revenues in 2025 are expected at 40 trillion 296.1 billion (18.8% of GDP), expenses – 41 trillion 469.5 billion (19.3% of GDP), the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports.
The budget deficit in 2025 will be 0.5% of GDP, in 2026 – 0.9% of GDP, in 2027 – 1.1% of GDP. The main sources of financing the budget deficit will be internal state ziamings.
The National Welfare Fund at the beginning of 2025 is planned in the amount of 11.055 trillion rubles, 2026 – 12.883 trillion, 2027 – 14.927 trillion, that is, it will grow from 5.2% of GDP to 6% of GDP.
GDP growth is planned at 2.5% in 2025, 2.6% in 2026 and 2.8% in 2027. The inflation rate is 4.5% in 2025 and 4% in 2026 and 2027. The volume of the national state fund at the beginning of 2025 should amount to 11.06 trillion rubles, in 2026-12.88 trillion rubles, in 2027-14.93 trillion rubles.
The draft budget was adopted in the second reading last week. The lower house, by agreement with the Russian government, distributed more than 8 trillion rubles earlier for the next three years.
