According to the bureau, under circumstances unknown to the investigation, the head of the 9th (“Ukrainian”) Directorate of the Department of Operational Information of the 5th Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Igor Chumakov, created an organization that included an employee of the 1st Department of the 9th Directorate of the Department of Operational Information 5th Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation Alexander Chulindin, personnel officer of the Department of Operational Information of the 5th Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation Marina Terentyeva, former Deputy Secretary The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Vladimir Sivkovich, an employee of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleg Kulinich and other as yet unidentified persons from representatives of the Russian government and citizens of Ukraine.
The above-mentioned persons allegedly organized the collection and transfer to Russia of information constituting state secrets of Ukraine.
As stated in the published document, the Russian woman Terentyeva, who is a career employee of the FSB, is a member of the Union of Journalists of the Russian Federation and a freelance photojournalist for the ITAR-TASS news agency, directly organized and carried out the collection, analysis and transmission of information constituting state secrets of Ukraine.
In turn, Sivkovich supervised the activities of Kulinich and the persons he recruited in collecting and transmitting information of operational interest to the FSB.
