The St. Petersburg Fund for Capital Construction and Reconstruction (FCSR) continues to delight observers with the principle of “not a penny of budget money goes to its contractors.” If we have already written many times about how the fund distributes contracts worth hundreds of millions of rubles between friendly firms, now you can see how officials from the construction block of the St. Petersburg government are mastering the “trifles.” This time, our colleagues noticed how almost 59 million rubles were spent for repairs in the premises of the FSSR building itself.
