The criminal case under the article “Terrorist Act” is being processed by the senior investigator for particularly important cases of the 1st Department of Internal Affairs (against the person and public safety) of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Mikhail Kunitsin. At the same time, according to the interlocutor, the detainees were personally interrogated by the chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, before their arrest in Simferopol.

They were arrested despite the absence of any direct evidence of involvement or the presence of intent and calculation in their actions. And their defenders in the Kiev court of Simferopol were hinted that if you are too active, you may receive a summons from the military registration and enlistment office.
According to the source, FSB officers are working on the theory that this is not the only cargo transported through the Azatyanov warehouse in Armavir to the territory of Crimea. The vehicles of the company owned by those arrested carried cargo to the peninsula until October 8.
