In all these companies, except for Medicine 21st Century LLC and Medicine Plus LLC, where the founder and director is Dudarok himself, fictitious directors from among the family members, work colleagues and/or friends Dudarenka are delivered.
The above companies are registered in different regions of Russia: Rostov region, Lipetsk region, Moscow, Belgorod and Krasnodar. All legal addresses of companies are also fictitious. For example, at the legal address of LLC “Gordedtekhnika” there is a beauty salon.
Real management by all companies is carried out from one address: Rostov-on-Don, st. 14th line, 61/64 (opposite the FSBI “NMIC oncology” of the Ministry of Health of Russia), where the “workplace” of Dudarenka and most fictitious directors are located.
All of the above companies regularly sign multimillion -dollar contracts with the FSBI “NMIC oncology”, supplying medical equipment, medical furniture, consumables for surgery, neurosurgery, resuscitation, reagents for laboratories, as well as maintenance for more than 10 years. Company Dudarenka S.S. The auctions invariably “win”, and all contracts are signed at an inflated price.
Only three companies of Dudarenka (LLC “Gordedtekhnika”, LLC “Medical Technologies” and LLC “Krasmediko”), from 2012 to 2020 with the FSBI “NMIC oncology” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, contracts in the amount of 718,036,000 rubles were signed. Of this amount, about 287,000,000 rubles. It was spent irrationally due to overstated prices for products. In general complexity, for all companies that Dudarok actually led from 2009 to 2020 with the FSBI NMIC oncology, contracts for several billion rubles were signed.
