The source reports that Oleg Mitvol is indeed in serious condition: after 20 days of fever, he practically stopped speaking and moving. Moreover, one of them, Yuri Lapshin, despite turning himself in in November 2022, is still the chairman of the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the first deputy governor of Alexander Uss.
