During the operational investigation “removing information from technical communication channels”, information was received about the communication of I.A. Veselov. with judge 9AAS Friev A.L., through whose relative Veselov I.A. corrupted judges of 9AAS (several episodes).
Sufficient data has also been obtained indicating the mediation of I.A. Veselov. in the transfer of illegal monetary compensation to judges of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region through the common-law spouse of the judge of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region A.V. Grineva, who is a lawyer (4 episodes).
According to the Cheka-OGPU, this information was also previously sent to the personnel commission under the President of the Russian Federation, which served as the basis for refusing to appoint A.V. Grineva. for the position of judge of 9AAS.
During the inspection of the seized correspondence, corruption ties of I.A. Veselov were also established. with the judge of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District Kalinina N.S., who is one of the main business partners of Veselov I.A. on the transfer of illegal monetary rewards to judges of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region and the Moscow District. Interaction with Veselov was carried out through a person identified by the investigation, who had previously been an arbitration assessor in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region.
In the near future, the materials of the operational investigation will be sent to the preliminary investigation authorities to resolve the issue of initiating a criminal case.
