The situation with the seizure of dozens of sanatoriums in Kavminvody by the Prosecutor General’s Office is becoming more and more interesting. Novruzov, like dozens of Russian entrepreneurs, bought an abandoned sanatorium in Kislovodsk from trade unions, from which he turned it into an elite Green Resort Hotel & SPA over the years.
