Materials with the results of the pre-investigation check with sufficient grounds for initiating a criminal case have been sent for making a further procedural decision.
According to information received, senior Deniev has already been dismissed from the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Chechen Republic. But he moved to work for another law enforcement agency and managed to maintain his influence and capabilities. Employees of the federal law enforcement agency had already communicated with him, with whom he willingly made contact and gave some preliminary explanations regarding his former immediate supervisor – Deputy Head of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chechen Republic, Colonel Adam Shataev (in the first photo), who, according to him, and is the organizer of this criminal group and coordinated the actions of its participants. It has already been possible to establish the involvement of himself, as well as some other employees and individuals, in previously committed crimes. As for Deniev, who was sent by Shataev to Moscow 6 days before the kidnapping attempt in a restaurant near Moscow, he also confirmed that he acted on orders from above.
And although the investigative team has so far been left without an official appeal and statement from Askhabov, against whom criminal acts were committed, the collected invoice is already enough to take appropriate measures on the established facts of crimes. They also have very interesting audio recordings that shed light on some events and where big famous names sound.
In relation to Deniev’s younger brother, Odintsovo operative Ruslan, an internal investigation has now been resumed, the results of which and the measures taken regarding it we will get acquainted with in the near future.
