Previously, with similar zeal, “Conscience of Governors” promoted… only the news of the chairman of the public council of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Alexander Zakondyrin, when he extremely unsuccessfully ran for the State Duma in Transbaikalia.
2️⃣ The “Conscience of Governors” channel itself, which pays great attention to regional leaders of the Far Eastern Federal District, was created on May 24, 2018. Guess who, just a few days (!) before this happy date, was appointed Minister for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, and 2.5 years later – head of the Ministry of Natural Resources?
Thus, a situation has arisen that is unique to the Russian segment of Telegram: functionaries of the federal ministry personally created and moderated the incriminating channel “Zoo”, filling it with confidential information from the internal document flow of the Government.
