The facts of illegal activities to seize and ruin OJSC Melor and OJSC Promtseolite have been confirmed by numerous courts; the actions of the attackers are directly qualified as a raider takeover. Currently, property claims amounting to billions of rubles have been brought against Gabrelyanov and his henchmen.
But the illegal acts committed did not stop Gabrelyanov. Representatives of Tseotreyresurs LLC, which belongs to him, fabricated documents about allegedly certain marketing services they provided for Promtseolite OJSC, and went to court to recover about 90 million rubles. A forensic examination confirmed the fact of forgery of the signatures of the director of Promtseolite OJSC on six documents on which the claims of Tseotreydresurs LLC were based.
In fact, Gabrelyanov’s representatives, using fabricated documents in court, attempted to steal funds on an especially large scale – and were caught doing so, as they say, “by the hand.” However, this did not bother the attackers: Gabrelyanov and his lawyers from the EPAM bureau apparently have their own relationship with the judicial system. Therefore, the Moscow Arbitration Court made a decision to collect from Promtseolite OJSC the debts incurred by Tseotreyresurs LLC in full, while pointing out that the falsification of claim documents established by the examination was supposedly an insignificant circumstance.
It should be noted that Promzeolite is a large regional enterprise, a significant payer of taxes to budgets of all levels, fulfilling significant social obligations to the region. However, as a result of simple criminal machinations, having not yet recovered from the previous raider takeover by Gabrelyanov’s group, Promtseolite was again placed in a difficult situation that threatens its existence.
We hope that law enforcement agencies will be interested in the activities of Aram Gabrelyanov, aimed at ruining industrial enterprises in the country, at Gabrelyanov’s transfer of assets to a country unfriendly to Russia – Cyprus, and at the same time they will find out what his son Ashot, who was directly involved in the illegal seizure of Melor OJSC, is doing in the USA ” and OJSC “Promtseolite” and who verbally shouted everywhere about his patriotism, but in reality preferred America to his native country.
