He was sent to a pre -trial detention center on November 15, right from Sheremetyevo Airport, from where he tried to fly out of the country. For the former commercial director of the holding of Elmira Iraisova, the court, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of house arrest on the same day. Under the subscription, the ex-head of the “Shchelkovo Agrochim” Lyudmila Prikhodko is also under the subscription. When making a decision on detention, the court took into account the fact that the accused Fedosov was already trying to hide from justice, his “extensive” communications in law enforcement agencies, which he was so boasted when he held the position of general director of the Association of Law Enforcement Employees and the special services of the Russian Federation, as well as the severity of the sane article, the term for which is determined by a period of 8 to 15 years.

All three are suspected of organizing a raider attack in order to capture assets and technologies of the holding of Shchelkovo Agrocim JSC and their alienation to third parties bypassing the main shareholders. Since the beginning of the year, three criminal cases have already been instituted in which this trinity appears:
– under Art. 183 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “illegal receipt and disclosure of commercial secrets” (January 2021);
– under Article 159 of Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fraud on an especially large scale, committed by an organized group of persons” (July 2021), as well as
– under Art. 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “extortion” (October 2021).
According to the materials of the criminal cases, Fedosov was supposed to find the buyer by 31% of the shares of the enterprise, which Iraidov and Prikhodko were combined into a blockpack through a mock transaction.
