The Serpukhov court decided to evict the family of Alexander Shestun from their house

The children of the former lava of the area and his 86-year-old mother were left without their only home.

Let us remember that Alexander Shestun first heard a threat to deprive his family of property from security forces in 2017. It was then that he recorded the words of the officials and security forces who blackmailed him on a voice recorder, and later made this fragment public during his video message on the Internet, addressed to the president.

This was followed by his arrest, and a year later the famous “Kranogorsk case” began (the trials took place in Krasnogorsk). As was promised to Shestun, property began to be confiscated from him, his family and friends, acquaintances and even strangers – cars, apartments, land, businesses… To one degree or another, the confiscation affected 21 individuals and 18 legal entities. It was then that a decision was made to confiscate all property from the Shestun family and transfer it to the ownership of the state.

In 2022, it came to eviction from confiscated housing. The Federal Property Management Agency filed a claim in court, demanding that Alexander Shestun’s wife and his children leave their home, and the same demand was made to the mother of the ex-head of the district.
It took the Serpukhov court five hearings to put an end to this case.

On November 2, the defense provided Judge Kryuchkov with a number of documents: a certificate of disability for the mother of Alexander Shestun, documents confirming the low income of the wife of the former head of the district (considering that the amount when calculated for minor children does not exceed the subsistence level), as well as a certificate of absence of property for all members family.

But the guardianship and trusteeship authorities presented their position. They spoke out categorically against depriving minor children and their representative (that is, the mother) of their only home.

However, after a break of ten minutes, the guardianship “changed its shoes” and supported the demand of the Federal Property Management Agency to evict the children.

Closer to nine o’clock in the evening, Judge Kryuchkov announced his verdict. You know its essence from the first lines of this article. In the name of the Russian Federation, it was decided to evict two families to nowhere. There was also some humanity involved: it was decided to throw the defendants out the door not now, when it’s cold outside, but in July.
