The security forces were forbidden to advertise the manifesto of the Izhevsk shooter. Artyom Kazantsev, who shot schoolchildren in Udmurtia, deleted everything from his computer and left a message there, the meaning of which was partially dispersed in the media, calling it a suicide note. According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, in a file called Manifesto, which in itself is a key attribute of the forbidden ideology of Columbine, the killer described (in addition to what was previously stated) that he wanted to kill his mother. True, he changed his mind, since this could disrupt his global plan to attack the school. In the text, he criticizes and expresses hatred towards security and government agencies, specific political and cultural figures, and also gives his assessment of the events.

It is curious that in preparation, Kazantsev studied the actions of the operational services that stormed his shooter predecessors. At the same time, we are talking not only about videos in the media, but also about professional analyzes of colleagues on specialized platforms.

At a departmental meeting, Alexander Bastrykin set the task of checking versions about the “foreign trace” and the shooter’s contacts with the so-called “Columbiners.” For this purpose, employees of the FSB Central Office arrived in Izhevsk yesterday.

The priority option regarding weapons is still purchasing offline. The killer legally bought empty clips from specialized stores four times. There, investigators believe, he could have purchased ammunition illegally or using forged documents. As for pistols, the barrels of the quenched PMs were replaced. However, no tools for this were found during the search.

Employees are also discussing the issue of checking the decision of the magistrate of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Izhevsk, who several years ago, contrary to the conclusion of a psychiatric forensic examination, did not impose compulsory medical measures on the person accused of causing harm to two passers-by (one of them a minor). Already at that time, it was established that Kazantsev in 2007 opened his veins in a military unit in the Chelyabinsk region, where he served in military service. True, the biased decision, despite the complaints of the victims, was strengthened both in the appeal and in the cassation.
