Residents of one of the most economically developed municipalities in the Altai Territory are concerned about the fate of the main “breadwinner” of the Annunciation district of the Kuchukskhufat factory.
On November 12, letters were sent to the President of the Russian Federation and the envoy of the Siberian Federal District under which 1241 resident of the district center of the village of Blagoveshchenka signed. People are asking to pay attention to the situation that unfolded around the city and budget-forming enterprise OJSC KuchukShufat.
The Prosecutor General’s Office filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court of the Altai Territory, believing that 30 years ago members of the labor collective illegally privatized the plant. The lawsuit in the court was preceded by powerful administrative pressure – since 2017, the plant has been subjected to regular unscheduled inspections of supervisory authorities and various departments, but not a single serious violation has been revealed.
