We are talking about assistants to the head of the local Council Vasily Semaev, Sergei Medvedev, as well as the father and son of the Lazutins, who were noticed in connections with the Taganskaya organized crime group, headed by the now imprisoned Igor Zhirnokleyev, nicknamed Zhirny. In relation to Semaev and Medvedev, they recall, among other things, the episode with the raider seizure Malakhovsky Experimental Plant .
As for the Lazutin family, rumor has it that there is a scam involving land plots that belonged to Transvyaz LLC, which were shamelessly seized after death of the head of Transcommunication.
Another article that appeared online just the other day reveals another scheme connecting Vladimir Ruzhitsky and the Lazutins. Vladimir Petrovich deliberately slowed down the construction of the Lyubertsy-1 transport hub in order to preserve the trading town that he owned next to the station. Everyone in Lyubertsy knows that he is the owner of these eight hundred tents and stalls. However, the official owners are Alexey Valentinovich and Alexey Nikolaevich Lazutin. Statements that there are no funds in the local budget for the construction of a transport hub are not true: several private companies were announced as investors in the project, and in 2018, VTB Bank. There are many similar episodes in the Lyubertsy urban district, and the information spilled onto the Internet covers only some of them. However, it is enough to powerfully hit the reputation of Governor Vorobyov, who expects to remain in office for a third term. First of all, because against the backdrop of ever-new publications highlighting the criminal connections of the head of the Lyubertsy Council, Ruzhitsky himself calls himself Vorobiev’s confidant and boasts of his close relationship with him. And this on the eve of the elections, which are only a few days away, is simply dangerous.
