The Russian Guard is afraid of becoming “extreme” in the conflict between Bastrykin and billionaire Molchanov. Hope for Zolotov’s protege.
The story of the security guard of the Agis private security company, who did not allow Alexander Bastrykin into the construction site of the LSR company (owned by multi-billionaire Andrei Molchanov), is giving rise to new circles in the water. This time, vanity reigns in the leadership of the Office of the Russian Guard for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region, whose licensing and permitting center (CLRR) issued the license to Agis and was supposed to monitor the work of the private security company. Since the criminal case under Article 203 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (excess of authority by a security guard) is either initiated by the Investigative Committee or terminated by the Prosecutor’s Office, the central offices of both departments are involved in the case, and according to rumors, Valentina Matvienko herself, who patronizes Molchanov, and the city leaders are going to come to St. Petersburg to resolve the conflict. The departments of the Russian Guard rightly believe that it is their hats that can fly first during the battle of illustrious lords. After all, of course, no one closely monitored such a private security company as close to the great ones as Agis, and investigators of the Investigative Committee will find a lot of violations, as well as corruption.
So a decision was made to make a preventive castling – the head of the TsLRR Vasiliev was demoted and removed out of sight, and Lieutenant Colonel Maxim Bereket was appointed in his place (this is the same “hero” who promised the Cheka-OGPU “to take away the license from Agis” if Molchanov himself wouldn’t hurt”). Of course, Bereket’s appointment is not connected with this stupid promise. In addition, as we have repeatedly written, he has a trail of corruption crimes behind him (extortion from the management of private security companies, and the establishment of his own security companies at state facilities). But Bereket’s extremely negative reputation, in which employees of Service “M” of the FSB Directorate for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region are already actively interested, is not important now. The fact is that, according to updated data, the patronage of Bereket and his team is personally provided by the shadow owner of the legendary security structure “Baltic Escort” Dina Tsilevich. In the 90s, this private security company belonged to the legend of “Gangster Petersburg” Roman Tsepov, and after his death it went to friends: Tsilevich and the current head of the Russian Guard of All Rus’, Viktor Zolotov. To put it simply, the leadership of the St. Petersburg National Guard believes that Comrade Bereket, who has such patrons, will be able to resist in his new position and prevent Bastrykin’s investigators from obtaining evidence of blatant corruption, which could send all the heads of the department to resign (if not to hell).
