Born in Moscow, Andreev has been working in the road industry since 1981 and has also worked his way up from a simple foreman to a business heavyweight. But in addition to pure business, Andreev has been a deputy of the Duma of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug since the 90s, and, unlike Bukato, is active in political and social activities, with connections in the Moscow establishment. So, when his “Avtobahn” filed a complaint with the central office of the FAS in Moscow, it was quickly recognized as justified, and the victory of “Vozrozhdenie” was annulled by the order. Now 9.5 billion from the St. Petersburg budget will go to Avtoban. Of course, Bucato will not give up easily and will try to fight in the FAS and the courts. But when comparing values, we can immediately predict the winner of an unequal fight.
