The Rostov Regional Court handed the prosecution to a citizen of the Russian Federation Denis Mikhailovich Lobov and a citizen of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Rubikovich Khachatryan, involved in the implementation of smuggling from the territory of the Russian Federation to Ukraine, which constitutes the state secret of radar equipment for the S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems.
For committing crimes under Art. 275 “State treason” and Art. 276 “Spying” of the Criminal Code of Russia, the court sentenced Lobov to imprisonment for 9 years and 6 months, Khachatryan for 10 years and 6 months, respectively. Both defendants will serve a term in a maximum security colony.
As a result of operational-search measures, it was found that Khachatryan and Lobov, acting in the interests of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex, were engaged in collecting information about the so-called Clistons, which are part of the S-300 ARS, and the transfer of specific samples of these products to Ukraine.
The acquired electronic equipment of the lobes was stored in the basement of his house, where he made pre -sale training. After that, Khachatryan organized the illegal movement of Clistons to Ukraine through residents of the Russian-Ukrainian border of the border. The final recipient of Clistrons was the state -owned company Ukroboronprom.
In March 2020, for the next purchase of Clistrons, Khachatryan arrived in Russia and was detained with red -handed.
