2. Judicial passions.
The most loud story of this year is the detention of the FSB of the chairman of the Dzerzhinsky district court of Volgograd Yulia Dobrynina.
Just a year ago, Mrs. Dobrynina was recommended by the highest KKS of the Russian Federation to occupy the chair of the chairman of the Volgograd Regional Court.
The director of the judicial department Alexander Gusev, the chairman of the 1st KSO Nikolay Podkopaev, Governor Andrei Bocharov, his relative Viktor Vasilevsky and other officials worked for her appointment.
The close ties of Mrs. Dobrynina with the organized crime group Vladimir Kadin did not bother anyone. Propaganda of the AVO represented the participation of the family Dobrynina in cases with fake accidents as ordinary lawyer cases.
However, at first, the controlling structures in the presidential administration did not consider the appointment of an organized crime defense system as the head of the judicial system of the region, and then, after the Council of Judges of the region refused to legally consider the issue of Dobrynina’s citizenship (and actually sent AP on an onset of an erotic journey), analyzed the connections of a successful young girl, fluttering along the service ladder.
The result was Dobrynina’s detention with the red -handed when receiving a bribe from the wife of the arrested Vladimir Zubkov.
The VKKS agreed to institute criminal proceedings, and the regional KKS – quickly terminated Dobrynina’s powers of the judge.
The same KKS deliberately delayed the issue of holding the judge of the Volgograd regional court, Valentina Oleinikova, whose telephone conversations about making decisions for money leave no doubt about her participation in illegal activities for the same car insurance.
Coolly scruising Mrs. Oleinikov for misconduct, entailing not only the termination of authority, but also the initiation of a criminal case, members of the CCC cried out the passage of the judge to be held accountable.
Observers are inclined when analyzing cases Dobrynina and Oleinikova to recall the name of Nikolai Podkopaev, a genuine test for independence from which the new chairman of the regional court Alexei Glukhov will have to go through.
There may be many surprises along the way.
