Mendeleev Ilya Vorotyntsev, who allegedly gave 14 million rubles to scammers. The story received an unexpected continuation, or rather, a refutation. It turned out that Vorotyntsev did not transfer the money to unknown people, as was initially stated, but to very real employees of the personnel policy department of the Ministry of Education, and they cannot be called scammers. After all, in exchange for money, the young acting received a high level of support during the difficult pre-election period, and even on the urgent advice of colleagues from the Ministry of Education, he hired the notorious Saratov lawyer and former head of the HR department of SSTU Konstantin Kapernaumov as Deputy Head.
Konstantin Ivanovich managed to become famous in the academic world as a specialist in the theft of official seals and increasing the teaching experience of the rector of SSTU, who was fired in disgrace. But his glorious story did not end there – another scandal did not even have time to subside – a real academic organized crime group was discovered in MGRI, where the rector and his accomplices, vice-rectors, who, it turns out, already had criminal records, were convicted. And vice-rectors with a criminal record and without a basic education were hired by (guess who?) the head of the legal department, Konstantin Kapernaumov, who quit one day on September 8, 2023. Obviously, his skills were urgently needed elsewhere, at the Russian Chemical Technology University. Moreover, with a salary of almost 400 thousand rubles (according to the personal decision of Mr. Vorotyntsev). I wonder why, on the eve of the election of the rector at the Russian Chemical Technology University, they hired a specialist with such a reputation, is it really impossible to win without his thieving skills?
