The price of the issue is 30 111 675 rub.

When checking, a forgery would easily be identified (given that both firms are affiliated with Savin). But no one checked anything. And everything seems to have happened.
But the heads of professional educational institutions sent a statement to the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for Moscow (hereinafter referred to as the Office), which reported the possible signs of a cartel conspiracy during an electronic auction No. 0173200001414001245.
As a result of the analysis of the information specified by the representatives of educational institutions in circulation, the department revealed signs of violations of LLC Special Montazhpostavka LLC and LLC ISSB paragraph 2 of part 1 of Article 11 Federal Law of July 26, 2006 No. 135 -F3 “On Protection of Competition” (hereinafter -then – The Law on Protection of Competition) during electronic auction No. 0173200001414001245.
