The Ramensky City Court lost its chairman, Vyacheslav Grunichev. A number of judges also left him, including Judge Elena Arekaeva. According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, this is due to two scandalous court decisions. First, the Ramensky City Court imposed suspended sentences for a group of former employees of the Ramenskoye Municipal Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, who planted drugs on the victims and fabricated investigative operations materials against them. The other day, the Moscow Regional Court overturned this decision and assigned them real deadlines. 
The second decision is related to the theft of 8 hectares of land from the state in the Ramensky urban district, with a market value of about 1.5 billion rubles.
The regional court overturned 4 decisions of Ramensky Court Judge Elena Arekaeva, with whose light hand land plots illegally migrated from state property to private property. The regional court refused to citizens Zharkin A.A., Litvinenko A.S., Trushkin M.V. in recognizing their rights to these areas.
But this story has not yet come to an end because… The regional prosecutor’s office now plans to request all materials and documents related to this case, so in the near future this case will most likely move from civil proceedings to criminal ones.
