A source in law enforcement agencies said that several neighbors were unexpectedly involved in the group of people, whose traces led to a scandalous investigation by Ivan Golunov, Novaya Gazeta and a number of other publications about the funeral business in Moscow.
Let us recall that on January 20, 2022, coinciding with the date of the demolition of Rechnik on January 20, 2010, more than 60 employees of the Line Department for Water Transport, OMON and SEB of the FSB of the Russian Federation conducted searches in the homes and offices of board members.
Despite the fact that the President of the Russian Federation stopped demolition in the village in 2010, there is his instruction to issue title documents to Rechnik. Residents, including old-timers who have lived in Rechnik since 1956, began receiving orders from the bailiffs to demolish their houses. The members of the board were only trying to fulfill the will of the president and obtain documents for the land, appealed to the courts of the Russian Federation, and prepared documents for residents for the Rosreestr commission. Shortly before the raid on the activists’ houses, a fateful court decision for the village was received on the legal succession of the old organization, which received the land for indefinite permanent use in 1957. These events were preceded by endless inspections by Mospriroda, the State Real Estate Commission, and the Investigative Committee on a number of houses in the village. All the courts started by Egorov – a raider with a long track record and a group of people – invariably side with the raiders. The linear department of the UBEP for water transport, called upon by order 371 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to deal with violations in transport, suddenly became interested in the minutes of general meetings in the gardening partnership.
At the same time, the operatives, without any embarrassment, openly hand over procedural documents to raider Egorov, and he, in turn, disposes of them at his own discretion: for example, Egorov had a resolution to bring one of the activists as an accused and, according to Egorov’s associates, this document was received personally from the head of the OEBiPK LO Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at VT Alexey Osipov.
Regarding this fact, appeals have been prepared addressed to the head of the Main Directorate of Security Services, A.I. Makarov.
Among other things, well-connected “doctors”, a Moscow funeral service and a number of high-ranking officials were involved in this strange case. Residents turned to supervisory authorities, the President of the Russian Federation, the Human Rights Commission, and the media, saving their property and lives from the encroachments of raiders and the gravestone.
