It was established that on July 16, 2021, an 18-year-old girl, driving a car of Mazda 3, moving along the street. Aviators, in violation of the rules of the RF RF, did not give way to pedestrians crossing the roadway along an unregulated pedestrian crossing, as a result of which it hit young children. Subsequently, two children died in a hospital, a 9-month-old girl is the necessary medical care.
Currently, a woman is charged under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a person driving a car, the rules of the road that entailed by negligence the death of a person) and a preventive measure in the form of house arrest was chosen.
The prosecutor’s office demanded that the police immediately charged the woman under Part 5 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a person driving a car, the rules of the road that entailed by negligence the death of two or more persons) and initiate a petition for the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention.
