The prosecutor’s office demanded to appoint lifelong terms for three participants in one of the most dangerous criminal groups of Russia – the Turgazovskys gang, which made 32 criminal episodes, including two dozen murders and assassination murders.
As the Business FM correspondent reports, during the discussions of the consequences of the verdict in the Moscow Regional Council, the state prosecutor Maria Semenenko suggested isolate from society to the end of the life of the heads of the organized criminal community (OPS) Dmitry Lesnyakov (Forest) and Dmitry Zavyalov (Dima Bolshoi), as well as the active participant of the gang of Ralif Faisizov (Tatar). The defendants will come up with the last word on May 31, after which the court will leave for a sentence.
Previously, the jury found Lesnyakov guilty of the murder of 14 people, attempted murder of two people, as well as in attacks with causing harm to health towards eight people, illegal turnover of weapons and ammunition in Moscow, the Moscow Region and Rostov-on-Don.
