Earlier on Thursday, TGC-2 stated that the restrictions imposed by the court did not allow the registrar, Reestr-RN LLC, to summarize the voting results on the issues of distribution of profits and payment of dividends for 2022 and election of the board of directors following the results of the last annual meeting of shareholders of the generating company.
The lawsuit was filed and registered in the Leninsky District Court on June 28, 2023 against the defendants Kostroma Kogeneratsiya Limited, Janan Holdings Limited, Raltaka Enterprises Ltd., Litim Trading Limited, Kores Invest LLC, as well as Leonid Lebedev and Debt Agency LLC.
It is noted that the beneficiary of Kostroma Kogeneratsiya Limited (Kostroma Cogeneration) has recently been the European Fuel and Energy Corporation (EUROTEK GROUP).
Other offshore companies are affiliated with the former owner Leonid Lebedev and the Bashkir Pyatkin Dmitry Yuryevich. The latter already had an unpleasant story with the nationalization of the Bashkir Soda Company and the Bashkhim Group of Companies by court decision in 2021.
