Let us recall that the General Prosecutor’s Office of Russia has identified the presence of corruption factors, expressed in the incompleteness of the established administrative procedures in terms of making final decisions on the inclusion (or refusal to include) legal entities in the compiled list of organizations providing scientific, methodological and methodological support for educational activities.
At the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia, submitted to the Ministry of Education of Russia on September 02, 2022, the specified authority is working to exclude corruption factors from the regulatory legal act.
The letter of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Russia dated October 10, 2022 No. 21/1-671-2021 notes that after changing the procedure for selecting organizations, it is planned to update the list of organizations providing scientific, methodological and methodological support for educational activities, approved by order of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated February 28, 2022 No. 96,
The results of the activities carried out and subsequent actions to update the list of organizations are controlled by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia.
