The deal with a representative of the criminal community Igor Orlov yielded quick results. Now Terebunov is actively helping Orlov and his accomplices in resolving other issues. So, for example, unexpectedly the prosecutor’s office began to selectively deal with issues of the work of solid waste removal operators. By a strange coincidence, the owner of the garbage business, Kurkov, was sent to jail, questions arose to the garbage company CET, but the most exemplary among the garbage workers turned out to be the representative of the Volga region and a close friend of Igor Orlov, Mr. Budarin, who does not hide his ambitions to expand the garbage business.
But the Prosecutor General is unlikely to learn about these facts, since lobbyists for the interests of the Ulyanovsk prosecutor Terebunov carefully prepared the visit so that, based on its results, he would be awarded the next rank of Major General of Justice, otherwise he would already be a colonel for too long.
