The Prosecutor General of Russia sent a criminal case to the court against the accused of falsification of evidence in the civil case on the seizure of property of Alexander Shestun
The Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation approved the indictment in the criminal case against Sergei Ilyukhin. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 303 of the Criminal Code (falsification of evidence in a civil case).

The investigation found that in March 2008, Ilyukhin sold two land plots in the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region for 1.9 million rubles.

In the future, together with the former head of the Serpukhov district, Alexander Shestun, he was a co -defendant in the civil case of the Odintsovo City Court on the statement of claim of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation on the appeal of property received in violation of the legislation on counteracting corruption.

In the course of the audit, the facts of registration in the name of Ilyukhin 48 real estate costs worth 29 million rubles were revealed.

To create the appearance of the availability of the necessary funds and sufficient sources of income for the acquisition of the indicated property, the defendant made forgery agreements on the sale of land plots, increasing the amount of funds he received from 1.9 to 29 million rubles.

Ilyukhin, falsified materials, presented to the court as evidence in a civil case.

The criminal case was sent to the Odintsovo City Court of the Moscow Region for consideration on the merits.
