The property of the Cheka-OGPU was simply a fantastic corruption story with all the documents and layouts. Its meaning is extremely simple. A number of high-ranking officials and representatives of state corporations created something like a common fund and invested funds stolen from the budget in the purchase of real estate in the USA, Monaco, London and antiques. In total, such assets were acquired in the amount of $200 million. The assets were recorded at par – relatives of one of the deputy ministers. However, at some point the denomination decided that he was the real owner of these riches and should not share. This led to the fact that a “split” occurred in the orderly ranks of corrupt officials, which escalated into a war with the involvement of the security forces. The interim result is this: a top manager of Rostec was sent to a pre-trial detention center, the investigator of the Investigative Committee responsible for her case resigned, and the deputy minister lost his position. It all started with the fact that the Cheka-OGPU had at its disposal a statement addressed to the director of the FSB of the Russian Federation from a certain Mikhailov D.L., who himself admits that he is a very rich man.
