The Presnensky court of Moscow sent the top-level of Aleksey Dobrynin under the house arrest of the “resolver”. He is the accused in the case of fraud against the “thief in the law” of Vasily Khristoforov (Vasya resurrected). In the framework of the same case, the prosecution was brought by the famous lawyer Alexander Vershinin and ex-employee of the GUUR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Vladislav Shapovalov. According to investigators, they all asked for money from the “thief in the law” of Vasya Voskasa, promising to make him ensure that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation does not give a move to the materials that allow Christorov to attract under Article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (leadership in the criminal community). Vershinin was taken by the FSB officers of the Russian Federation upon receipt of money, a little later. And Dobrynin, whose close relative holds a responsible post in the SVR, disappeared. However, he did not leave the country and all this time negotiated the conditions of surrender. At our disposal was one of Dobrynin’s position in this case. It follows from it that Shapovalov introduced everyone into fornication. Dobrynin himself and his friend of the heights only wanted to help Khristoforov. The first one wanted to help Vasya Rosa as a long -standing acquaintance, and Vershinin as his client. The position arranged, Dobrynin provided a confession and house arrest.
