The Presnensky Court of Moscow refused to consider the criminal case of the team of “Police Ombudsman” Evgeny Moiseev, Irina Andina and Vasily Fedorov.

After the conspiracy of the Moscow police leadership with the prosecutor’s office and the Lublin court was revealed with the help of the Cheka-OGPU posts, the case was hastily sent to the Presnensky court.

But the judge of the Presnensky District Court, Elena Abramova, decided that another court should consider the case.

The investigation did not pay attention to the fact that the place where the crime under Part 3 of Art. 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (knowingly false denunciation) is considered to be the place where the statement was handed over to a police officer, and indicated in the indictment that it was handed over in Mordovia.

Accordingly, the case was to be sent to one of the courts of Mordovia, which Moiseev petitioned for.

The only thing the Moscow police were able to achieve through their patrons in the Moscow City Court was to leave the case in Moscow.

On January 24, 2023, the case was sent to the Tverskoy Court of Moscow. More precisely, the case was simply pushed there.
Most likely, they will try to “shove” the case to judge Alexei Krivoruchko (who considered Magnitsky’s case), who is completely controlled by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of Moscow.
