“It is necessary to prepare preferential credit programs. Additionally, they are aiming at ensuring the country’s technological sovereignty and the development of the economy of proposals. Including it is necessary to analyze the justice of the distribution of risk risks of the key rate between banks, borrowers and the federal budget,” the head of state said.

In addition, Vladimir Putin emphasized that the country’s economy should have moderate inflation and low unemployment.

Earlier, during the direct line on December 19, Vladimir Putin criticized the existing restrictions on the provision of preferential mortgages, calling them “unacceptable.” The president emphasized that the family mortgage program should not have any limits.

After this statement, the Ministry of Finance promised to revise the rules for providing a family mortgage and eliminate the limits mechanism to make a program available to all families.
