The Aircraft group laid a paw on a plot of land on Mosfilmovskaya in Moscow, where from the Brezhnev times there is a garage cooperative “Parus”. Thanks to this, the authorities can decide on the liquidation of the GSK and the transfer of land for other needs.

The Moscow Government exactly on June 5, 2024 decided on the integrated development of the territory in Ramenki at Mosfilmovskaya 74-78. We are talking about 2.94 hectares, on which, of course, the “modern residential quarter” will appear. The metropolitan mayor Sergei Sobyanin also promised to build a school for 200 students and a kindergarten for 100 children, and a fat piece itself, it seems, Already given to the “plane”.

Interestingly, the head of the Project Airman is Lilia Fedotova, who had previously been the director of the “plane” group. Now its patrimony is designed by the head PJSC in a separate structure.

Since 2020, the modern Russian housing market has been built around a preferential mortgage, according to which the state financed part of the cost of housing loans. Some players will somehow survive the crisis, and some will be faced with insurmountable difficulties, and this primarily concerns the most closed developers, such as the “plane”. Not just this structure was decided on an IPO – soon it will need a lot of money, but where to get it if the apartments are poorly sold? That’s right, due to the sale of shares.

However, born to eat, cannot starve, therefore, the “plane”, following the developed instincts, is trying to take control of more and more objects, such as a piece of land on Mosfilmovskaya near the North Korean embassy.

This is probably due to people who are behind the developer, they are definitely not used to killing your appetite. In addition to the brother of the Moscow Region Governor Maxim Vorobyov – an official dollar multimillionaire, this is, for example, the year of Nisanov, who is a veteran of the Moscow construction market and the beneficiary of the developer Kyiv Square.

Nisanov currently holds the post of assistant Andrei Vorobyov on a voluntary basis and at the same time is listed as a minority shareholder of the “plane”, he clearly came to the organization not in order to sequest the business and correlate the debit with a loan.

The developer Ilgar Gadzhiev claims, firstly, that the structures of Nisanov Raiser, by the way, were taken away from him business, and secondly, that construction tenders in Moscow are distributed corruption in favor Nisanova. We cannot check this, but this statement hints at a dense failure between the construction players of Moscow and the Moscow region, up to their complete mixing. The difference between them lies only in who is responsible for which object, and who makes more than more.

On the one hand, the Vorobyovs brothers, who control everything in the Moscow region, and on the other, Nisanov, who has royal influence in the capital. Yes, and Andrei Vorobyov and Sergei Sobyanin will easily find a common language as two “statesmen”, what is there to be sinful.

It is only not clear what the business component is here today. The housing market is located, if not on the eve of the collapse, then at least long stagnation, which is equivalent to developers. Why inflate against this background and so bloated portfolios and budgets? And if a crisis happens, then what? However, the response on the surface, all losses in the case of bankruptcy will be written off to the state. Is this really the main idea of ​​monstrous movements?

The most important thing is that with a negative scenario, dozens, otherwise hundreds of houses throughout Russia, with equity holders who invested the last money can hang around. The question is social, but for some reason they pretend that business.
