According to the investigation, Ignatenko, being the vice-rector for the economy and development of BSTU “Voenmeh”, endowed with administrative powers to ensure the execution of the state contract with LLC Construction Technologies of Comfort for the construction and installation work at the construction project “Training and laboratory corps, 2 queue” at the address: 1st Krasnoarmeyskaya, 13, Lit. In, in the period from 12/05/2018 to 12/31/2018, acting from a different personal interest, expressed in the desire to embellish the actual state of affairs in the execution of the contract, entered into a conspiracy with Ivanov (assistant vice -rector for economics and development).
The defendants signed the acceptance certificate of actually not completed work, on the basis of which the contractor paid from the state budget in the amount of at least 96,139,781 rubles 69 kopecks, the state caused significant material damage. 
Ignatenko, disputing his involvement, asked to choose a house arrest or a wizard subscription.
Ivanov, without disputing involvement, asked to choose house arrest.
