As a result, the buyer is in trouble, and the common fund of the OPS will be replenished with another tranche, so needed for bribes and corrupt connections.

On March 13, 2023, the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory uncovered the scam of members of the organized crime group and rejected the claim (case A32-38587/2022). The decision-making lawyer Andrei Andreev could not help. Now Nor-Arevyan faces a criminal case for fraud – up to 10 years.

Therefore, the bandits decided to back up the formal appeal, doomed to failure if examined objectively, with heavy artillery – to bring into the case a roof of security forces and connections of Rostov ex-judge Larisa Chebanova, who are now running around the court floors and trying to resolve the issue.

However, it is known that the Rostov Regional Court has burned down and is preparing together for landing including thanks to the operational investigation against the Chebanovs’ criminal investigation group, primarily ex-judge Larisa Chebanova and their archive of audio recordings.
