The controversial girl was carried and given birth by a surrogate mother, who absolutely legally registered herself and her husband as the parents of the child, as prescribed by the Family Code, since it was revealed that Mirimskaya is the genetic grandmother of the baby (she used the egg of her daughter Natalya Golubovich), and carried out the forgery in order to keep young partner of the co-owner of the Golden Crown payment system Nikolai Smirnov, whose sperm secretly used.
The legal parents calmly left for Cyprus, and Mirimskaya, stung by the exposure of her lies, decided to take revenge on them and the girl’s genetic father.
To do this, she contacted the eminence grise of the Odintsovo district, the former head of the Odintsovo Investigative Committee, Denis Panaitov (whom singer Maria Maksakova now considers the murderer of her husband Denis Voronenkov) and, for a bribe, organized criminal case No. 90764 against the surrogate mother about alleged fraud. Mirimskaya stated that she received 245,000 rubles in advance from her, did not give up the child, which means she stole the money.
The banker needed Panaitov’s service after she received harsh refusals from respected people in the Moscow Investigative Committee, who did not even want to discuss such a matter.
And Panaitov, a well-known fixer by that time, who, together with Deputy Prosecutor General Malinovsky, had ruined more than a dozen criminal cases, but was kicked out of the Investigative Committee for insane corruption, agreed to help the grandmother.
For this purpose, his protégé, former police investigator Yuri Nosov, sat with him in Odintsovo. The service of initiating a custom case through Denis Panaitov cost Mirimskaya $200,000.
Nosov himself immediately accepted subscriber bribes from Olga Mikhailovna and began to diligently help her take away someone else’s child. Subsequently, this investigator received money and property worth more than 10 million rubles from Mirimskaya.
For his help in stealing someone else’s child, Yuri Nosov received two cars from Mirimskaya.
Mirimskaya purchased her first car – a Honda for 1,250,000 rubles – in October 2016 so that the investigator could present it to his wife for their 10th wedding anniversary. And in December 2016, Nosov received a bribe in the form of a Mitsubishi Outlander car worth 2 million rubles. The car was purchased new. She was personally selected and bought for Mirimskaya’s money by her driver Vyacheslav Gusev
Nosov really needed the car, because in August 2016 he crashed his two-year-old BMW 520, registered to his father-in-law. By the way, Nosov did not register the Japanese crossover for himself either. The nominee, in this case, was his father, a technical school teacher from the village of Shaturtorf, who received unemployment benefits throughout 2016.
Despite such simple attempts to hide property obtained from corruption, investigator Nosov burned on vanity: he switched the criminal number N555AP750 from a wrecked BMW to a Mitsubishi.
