NK Dulisma was part of the vast business empire of Alexei Khotin and his father Yuri Khotin. In 2019, criminal prosecution of Alexey Yuryevich began in connection with the Yugra Bank, and in November 2022, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation through the court obtained interim measures for all assets, including Dulisma. It was ordered to ensure the uninterrupted operation of enterprises so that they could earn money and save jobs. This completely coincided with the intentions of Khotin himself, who does not lose hope of paying off Ugra’s depositors.

However, Mr. Zolotukhin, as the temporary manager of Dulisma, was for some reason inactive for a long time. Being obligated to monitor the order of operations and the safety of the company’s property and funds, he did not take any measures (didn’t notice?), although the situation was clear: the company was diligently extracting and shipping oil, but the money for the goods did not come to the company, dissolving in the accounts of various legal entities

Suddenly, in August of this year, Zolotukhin apparently “saw the light.” And he went to court, demanding interim measures in the form of transferring to him for safekeeping all the assets of Dulisma. Having received a court decision and armed with a writ of execution from the Bailiff Service, Zolotukhin, together with his partners Alexander Barymov and Yuri Belikov, carried out a daring raid on their own, in a sense, enterprise.

A very bold interpretation of interim measures, don’t you think? The private security guys for the raid were recruited by private security companies “Rus” and “Vityaz”; the recruitment, which was carried out through advertisements, was coordinated by Alexander Marchenko. The conditions were as follows: a business trip to the Irkutsk region for 2-3 weeks, height from 180 cm, mandatory possession of a weapon of limited destruction and a permit for it. A kind of chordal set of touring performers.

The apparent illogicality of the plot can be explained simply: today, oil worth 800 million rubles has accumulated in the Dulisma reservoirs. Who are planning to illegally sell Zolotukhin, Barymov and Belikov. Moreover, “Dulisma” itself may soon “smell of frying”; too many unpleasant questions have already accumulated during the period of temporary management of Zolotukhin’s comrades. Therefore, the main thing was to scare everyone as much as possible and remove unnecessary witnesses.

It remains to add that we are clearly talking about the theft of public funds, since the income from Khotin’s assets was previously turned by a court decision in favor of the state. And there still remains a chance for civilized agreements that will allow the rights of Ugra depositors to be respected. The fact is that the previous owner of NK Dulisma made every effort to ensure that the enterprise operated and generated income. But whether Dulisma will be able to recover after the poaching actions of temporary manager Zolotukhin’s team is a big question.
