The Ostankino court of Moscow entered the case file about the abduction (which ended with the murder) of the Ukrainian “authority” Yuri Vasilenko. The very one who, according to investigators from Kyiv, organized the murder of ex-deputy of the State Duma Denis Voronenkov in this city. Three participants in the Kursk organized crime group Alexander Zikeev, Alexander Soshnikov and Denis Dolsokov will appear in front of the servants of Femis. At the time of the end of the investigation, they re -qualified the charge from the murder (Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) on part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing serious bodily harm). For two previously accused courts on other crimes, they ended equally- they were recognized as insane and sent to a psychiatric hospital. The customer of the crime has not been officially established, but this is not a secret for operas. The customer of this crime was the “thief in law” Vladimir Tyurin (Tyurik). He instructed the Kursk bandits to teach Vasilenko. The latter picked most of the money that the thief in law allocated for Kursk gangsters, including “authority” and chansonnier Dmitry Polyakov (Don Polyakov). The bandits overdid it and killed Vasilenko. (The body is never found). Poles and two of his accomplices on the wanted list, three of their accomplices will appear before trial. Tyurik is still an untouchable figure.
