The operatives have such stories when a serious crime is disclosed, but no one can be detained. These are untouchable persons for a variety of reasons. Here is the same story with the “loud” murder of the leader of the Oplot party Evgeny Zhilin, who was shot in the Khutorok restaurant in Rublevka in 2016. Detectives know all the layouts, there is evidence, but among the main persons involved in their own colleagues with high -ranking intercessors and a “thief in law”, which for some reason cannot be touched either. In addition, the motive and circumstances of the crime are such. In Kharkov (from where Zhilin) there is a businessman, the owner of a number of shopping complexes who decided to informally transfer dirty money to Europe – about 6 million euros. He turned to a friend of the Russian-Ukrainian businessman Pavel Fuchs. And he sent him to his son “Thief in Law” by Vladimir Yurchenko (Seva) Maxim, who lived in Monaco and specialized in such operations. He, in turn, worked in cooperation and under the “roof” of the “authority” Yuri Vasilenko and the “thief in law” by Vladimir Tyurin (Tyurik). The last two made inquiries about the businessman and decided to throw him trite. As a result, 6 million euros left the owner, but did not reach Western accounts. The businessman began to seek protection and found such a Zhilin, who was essentially a criminal “authority” with his group of militants. He quickly calculated Vasilenko (both lived in the Moscow region) and began to tightly reap him, both in Russia and Ukraine, demanding a refund. Zhilin had enough relations and resources for this. Vasilenko ran to complain to Tyurin, after which the fate of Zhilin was decided. A friend of Nikolai Ddkovsky called Zhilin to the Khutorok restaurant under the pretext of negotiations on the situation with 6 million euros. And instead, a killer came there. By the beginning of 2018, the investigators found out absolutely everything. Customers – Tyurik and Vasilenko. Contractors are Kursk bandits associated with the authoritative chansonnier Polyakov (Don). The measures to observe the victim, covering the withdrawal of the performers were engaged in the then head of the 6th ORCH UUR of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow Lakinsky. Also, his deputy Anton Gamayunov and the current head of the UUR department, Sergei Akimov, were suspected. The latter since the 90s has been closely connected with the criminal world. And then representatives of the operational investigative group in the “case of Zhilin” began problems. Tyurik, due to his special role in various business processes and close relationships with Lubyanka, suddenly turned out to be untouched by the figure. Vasilenko could not be touched, like a person with a tyurik and with a mass of connections in the criminal world of Ukraine. And then Vasilenko was completely abducted by order of Tyurik and accidentally killed. Don Polyakov disappeared, it seemed, leaned on the run. For Lakinsky, it all ended with the fact that 6 ORCs were simply disbanded, and he and Gamayunov were quietly removed from his posts. But the same Akimov, as a result of the reform, went to increase and led the 12th department. The murder of Zhilin has long been disclosed, but they do not give the materials to the move. Apparently, as in the case of Furgal, it will be necessary to wait until the ruff of the heroes acts.
