The Oktyabrsky Court of St. Petersburg chose preventive measures for the organizers of the bar mafia, which robbed visitors to establishments. The organizers of the organized crime group, the owners of the Bar Group (they own bars in St. Petersburg), Dmitry Kutsenko and Nikolai Abrosimov, were sent into custody. They have been charged with creating an organized crime group.

The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg considered the investigation’s request to select a preventive measure in the form of detention for Dmitry Kutsenko Nikolay Abrosimov, accused of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 210, Part 4 of Article 159.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (5 episodes) .

According to the investigation, Kutsenko and Abrosimov, no later than 08/04/2021, created a criminal community (criminal organization) and found Tolstokorovy, Trubnikov, Myasnikova, Tsolina, Kuzmin, E., F., B., A., T., as its members. V., as well as other unidentified persons. So, from 01.01.2021 to 31.10.2022, in different compositions among themselves, they committed a number of serious crimes against clients visiting bars: “Vice city”, “NOIR”, “WHITE POINT”, “RS20”, “Provocateur” , located on the street. Rubinstein, namely fraud using electronic means of payment, committed on a large scale, by an organized group, causing damage to all victims, namely: U. – 261,750 rubles; S. – 1,267,400 rubles; P. – 1,078,000 rubles; C1.- 153,850 rubles; B. – 3,540,245 rubles.

On November 8, 2022, Kutsenko was detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation and on the same day he was charged.

The court granted the investigation’s request, electing Kutsenko into custody until 01/07/2023.
